Vinyl materials are non-flammable, high-strength, weather-resistant and have excellent geometric stability. Due to its good flexibility, shrinkage and opacity, it has good processing and labeling performance, strong chemical resistance, strong durability, and is suitable for long-term outdoor use. At the same time, it has good softness and printing performance. In the past, the heavy metal content of PVC has not reached the six ROHS standards, which are not environmentally friendly products, but after the long-term development of our company, this problem has been overcome. Our rigid, soft and semi-rigid vinyl label can meet the EU ROHS standards. Rigid PVC has passed the environmental protection requirements of eight heavy metals, o-benzene dicarboxylate and so on. The use of vinyl labels is mainly in battery packaging, outdoor advertising, and automobile modification industries. In addition, rigid PVC also has a flame-retardant function, which could be used for flame-retardant label application.
