Adhesive coating
In response to customers' different usage scenarios and requirements, we select different adhesive formulas. A scraper precisely controls the coating thickness. The exquisite craftsmanship allows us to control the accuracy at the micron level, ensuring the adhesion properties meet design standards.
It depends on the adhesive formula and adhesion performance. After coating, the film is transferred to the oven simultaneously. We accurately control the drying temperature and time so that the glue can be fully matured to achieve our desired adhesive performance.
